Olaya (1970, Colombia) is an emergent artist, that express herself over a mixed technique based on acrylic on canvas, with an esthetic where the colors and the shapes are dinamic and in constant movement. She has an style where her ADN is the fussion of different elements of the contemporary expressionism, as the scratcht as a way to show the marks we never leave behind. Olaya is a good investment on a long term, even though her artwork year after year is going to go up and up; but besides investments, she is the kind of artist that is always perfect for decoration, interior design, and to enhance the home atmosphere, because of her fantastic way to mix and place the colors on the canvas.

Olaya, (emergent artist), is a sensible artist, who studied fashion design and then study art with the Orlando Lopez, where she, as a regular student were exploring different forms and shapes for a decade, and then finding her own language to express herself. Along those years she went deeper into her consciousness and start to create the idea of the human being, discovering the lights and the shadows, looking for what she calls the greys on the human being, a real photograph of the soul.
She have lived in Colombia where she has made her career joining exhibitions, as well as auctions.
She is always finding the right light and the right space to create her artworks, depicting horses, cats, lions, and human beings.
